Hi, I’m Sarah, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and I provide supervision to our associate therapists.

With over 20 years of experience in acute inpatient mental health settings and outpatient substance abuse programs, I’ve had the opportunity to treat a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, anger issues, substance abuse, and relationship challenges in both adults and adolescents.

I’ve utilized various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I am currently working toward my EMDR certification and AAMFT Supervisor designation.
